1. Master Terms of Service
1.1 Scope & Binding Agreement
By accessing, downloading, or registering an account on the DAN (Digital Address Code) Navigation platform (including the mobile application, web administration portal, public verification routes, and spatial APIs), you enter into a legally binding agreement with DAN Navigation Systems.
1.2 Spatial Determinism & Geocoding Standards
Every DAN number is a 10-digit, high-precision spatial code calculated deterministically from latitude and longitude coordinates snapped to an 11-centimeter grid system. While the platform operates with millimeter mathematical precision, atmospheric GPS satellite variance, hardware receiver drift, and local terrain elevation may introduce minor spatial discrepancies.
1.3 Public Address Licensing & QR Codes
When a building footprint or point location is registered and assigned a DAN, the registrant grants DAN Navigation a non-exclusive, worldwide license to generate, host, and display public verification pages (e.g. https://dan-navigation.vercel.app/verify/[dan]) and hosted QR code assets for spatial routing and logistics assistance.
1.4 Account Integrity & Anti-Abuse
Users must not submit false emergency alerts, upload overlapping or fraudulent building footprint boundaries, or attempt to bypass security policies. Accounts engaged in abusive activity are subject to immediate termination.
