DAN (Digital Address Navigation) operates under strict Privacy by Design principles. Our spatial addressing engine is designed to generate deterministic 10–12 digit location codes locally on user device hardware without sending continuous GPS tracking streams to central servers.

2. Data We Collect

• Voluntary Account Data: Email address, display name, or phone number provided during account registration.
• Registered DAN Records: Spatial address codes, user-submitted building names, categories, and coordinates saved voluntarily to your profile.
• Emergency SOS Payloads: Centroid coordinates and broadcast distress signals explicitly triggered by pressing the SOS beacon.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT track your continuous background location, sell personal data to third-party ad networks, or create behavioral surveillance profiles.

4. Data Protection Rights

Under NDPR and GDPR frameworks, you retain full rights to inspect, export, or permanently purge your registered DAN records and profile data from our systems at any time.
