DAN Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the DAN mobile app or web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Permitted Use
DAN is provided for spatial identity resolution, personal navigation, building verification, and crisis SOS dispatching. Users must not submit fraudulent building titles, deliberate false emergency alerts, or attempt to disrupt spatial indexing infrastructure.
3. Verification & Governance
Official administrative verification tags on spatial address records are granted strictly by authorized municipal surveyors, estate managers, or government partners. Unauthorized representation of government authority is prohibited.
4. Emergency SOS Disclaimer
While DAN employs dual-channel WebSockets and automated SMS failover for emergency dispatching, emergency response SLA depends on local telecom cellular availability and first responder dispatch capacity.
